MV Komodo Dancer - Bali to Komodo/Flores to Alor

Package Inclusions: All cruises are 10 nights in duration. One-way cruises alternate Bali to Komodo or Komodo to Bali. All cruises include all meals and beverages (including local alcohol), three transfers between airport, hotel, and yacht, usually three or four dives per day, shore excursions during the charter, other standard Dancer Fleet services and amenities. A special “East of Flores” itinerary will also be offered November and May.

2009: Plus National Park Fee $90, $200 Fuel Surcharge and one-way domestic flight*.

2010: Plus National Park Fee $90 and one-way domestic flight*.


* Fuel surcharges are dependent upon the price of fuel and are subject to change up until the date of travel. Cruise prices shown above are valid thru Jan. 1- Dec. 31, 2010.


Guests will require a hotel night prior to embarkation and possibly after disembarkation that we will gladly arrange at additional cost. East of Flores itinerary requires round-trip domestic airfare.


Nitrox:
Nitrox fills (based on availability) are not included in the package. Nitrox divers will be charged $200/10 night charter, or $10/fill. Nitrox fills, instruction and all other services and purchases made aboard the vessels are subject to local taxes. All package prices are in US$ per person on a share basis and are subject to change without notice.

Surface Safety Equipment:
Each diver entering the water from a Dancer Fleet vessel is required to have with them a Safety Sausage, Dive Alert, and Mini-Strobe. If you do not have these items as part of your personal equipment, limited quantities are available for rent on each vessel.

Individual reservations deposit, payment and cancellation policies
Individual Reservations are only “Confirmed” upon receipt of the Deposit and signed Cruise Application / Waiver Agreement for each individual travelling which is due 10 days from the reservation date. Payments made by credit card must be accompanied by a signed credit card authorization.

All guest must complete the Cruise Application and Waiver Agreement. Passengers who fail to submit these documents will have their reservation cancelled and be denied boarding. All forms are available for download on our website at www.peterhughes.com/downloads.php

Final payment (individual reservations) is due 60 days prior to the cruise start date.

Your charter price is locked in upon receipt of the Deposit and Cruise Application and will not change unless the reservation is changed. All fees (Port Charges, Chamber Support, Park, Local Taxes, Fuel Surcharges etc.) itemized separately are subject to change or may be added in any destination up until the date of travel.

Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to departure receive a refund of monies paid less an administrative cancellation fee of $300 for each person cancelled.

Cancellations made between 60 and 90 days prior to departure receive a refund of monies paid, less an administrative cancellation fee equal to the deposit amount for each person cancelled.

Cancellations less than 60 days prior to departure are non-refundable. However, substitution of passengers is permitted.
No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used packages.

Groups are defined as a 1/2 boat charter or more. Confirmed group reservations require a signed Group Agreement and payment of a group deposit. Deposits, payments, cancellations, and conditions of group reservations are different than those of individual reservations listed above. Please contact a Sales Territory Manager for more details regarding group reservations.
